Following first steps: got Status ROLLBACK_COMPLETE


First time trying to use Convox, just following the first steps. When I am at the “add Rack” step, it’s busy doing some stuff, then, at the end there is a question mark inside a red circle. In the AWS console, I am seeing “Status ROLLBACK_COMPLETE”.

No idea what to do next. Any help appreciated.

Apparently I can not uninstall it from the UI. It says I can not because it’s either unreachable or contains applications or resources.

Hi Kevin, you can check for error output in the CloudFormation stack to see what caused the error and rollback…
