[20170106053301] Critical: Upgrade Lambda to Node 4.3

This fixes a serious problem installing new Racks and creating new apps due to AWS disabling the old Node.JS runtime version in Lambda.

This update is required to create new apps. This also means rollbacks to any older rack version is not possible.
