Convox Community domain (ACM)

I’ve just enabled our Internal load balancer - and saw it was getting stuck at the certificate stage and hanging forever. I noticed that this was because it required the load-balancer’s *** domain to be verified. It said an email had been sent to the owner of

While researching how to sort this problem out, I noticed it had finally gotten verified out of the blue.

Can I just check something - does this mean every time a new load balancer is created, someone (or some process) at Convox is having to click an email link to verify the domain?
