When I delete one rack, some buckets with name “settings” aren`t deleted

It happens to me, all the time.
CloudFormation is not able to delete buckets that have any files in them so all of the S3 buckets in Convox stacks are marked DeletionPolicy: Retain
Hello, I think this buckets should be deleted, because they are configuration buckets and we don’t do anything to them
