I have an old app on a rack, and trying to deploy an update (it’s gen1), it will not build or deploy, just hangs on Uploading source…
I have updated the API count to 3, rolled the entire rack, turned off spot instances, used the no-cache flag
finally sorted it with setting a build instance. will see what happens if I remove the build instance
