Does Convox have plan to support at a ECS task definition level the --dnsServers parameter?

I can’t quite see it supported in either gen1 or gen2 manifests at the source code level, hence asking.
If no, does it mean I cannot make my Convox apps use a custom DNS server (such as Consul) as service discovery? Is there any way to workaround it?
