[20180813175821] Network Isolation and Bug Fixes

This release adds a new Isolate app-level parameter to Generation 2 apps. If you are running a private Rack, setting this parameter to Yes will cause the application’s services to be created using individual network interfaces and all inbound network access blocked except for requests from the load balancer.
