This release contains a fix for the local router which stops it from following redirects rather than sending them back to the requester.

This release also adds a new CLI command `convox releases rollback <id>` which creates a new release as a copy of an old release and promotes it. This should prevent confusion about app state when deploying after promoting an old release.
